  5. The function of the nervous system is to control your body. It tells your eyes to blink, your arm to itch, and many more things!!! The 6 parts are your brain, cerebrum, cerebellum, brain stem, pituitary glands, and hypothalamus.

  7. the brain and the neerves the brain is boss. and the nerves are the workers. like if the leg needed to move the boss/brain tells the workers/nerves to move the leg they run to help it. your brain is also in charge of your breathing. the same thing happensthe boss/brain tells the workers/nerves to take a breath and this is happaning right now . and you don't think about it your brain is a amazing thing.

  8. The function of the nervous is to control your body.Ex. when you blink people dont think about it so that means your nervous system is working. It also helps you remember things from the past.Thats the function of the nervous system.

  9. Your nervous system controlls your mucles when you want them to move. the big part of the nervous system is the brain. Your nervous system also tests your reactions.

  10. The nervous system controls the all of your body

  13. the nervas system is the boss of ur body. The biggest part of the brain is the cerebrum. The cerebrum makes up 85% of the brain's weight. the cerebrim is the thinking part of the brain.

  14. Here is what the website taught me....
Your brain is boss! The brain tells all the systems when they need to start. It never stops, because you always have to breathe! Like when you eat food, your brain tells the digestive system to get ready!
The brain can't do it all by itself, though, of course! It needs a ton of nerves! Technically, that's the mailman's highway. The brain sends messages to the rest of the body by your nerves. They are along your spinal cord, and protected by vertabrae. It's not just nerves, though. It's also something called a cerebrum. If not for that, then you would not be able to kick a ball, or move! The brain and nervous system is probably the most important, because it controls everything else!

  15. The page I looked at said that the "brain is the boss but it can't do it by its shelf" that means the nevous system has to help the brain. Picture that something is about to fall on your 5 year old brother your nevers and your brain connect, and it makes your brother get up and scream and run. Its just the reaction the nerves make.

  16. cerebellum helps you stand up and hold blance and move around and the pituitary gland is so small it is about the size as a pea and the brain is the boss in your body the fellings happens with the brain

  17. The nervous system is able to make basic motor skills and other skills possible. The basic 5 senses of texture, taste, sight, smell, and hearing are powered by the nervous system. If disabled, basic motor skills may be lost.

  18. The brain is like the boss, but it needs help from all the other parts. The Nervous System is like the messenger. It sends messages back and forth between the brain and the body. It tells your brain if you are cold or in pain. When you are scared, your nerves say scream or run. It is a reaction the nerves make then send to the brain.

  19. about the nervors seystem: here are thhe five parts cerebrum, cerebellum, brain stem, pituitary, and hypothalaums. the biggest par of your brain is your cerebrum. when you kick or throw or even so a math problem you are using your cerebrum. the brain is the system and the spine is the line you need you spine and thats what it goes throught and then it gives whatever a sign. also its like a teleagram telling your body what to do.

  20. its your spinal cord and brain that work together and they help you when you feel pain and when you have a broken bone tells you that way you can go to the doctor and have them look at the injury. they also help you talk and if you know how to scare people that's what makes them scream. if you did not feel pain you would walk weird and not know what bone or piece of body is hurt. the brain could not control our body's all by its self it need a partner to help the spinal cord. they work together and they help you taste and hear smell and see and last feel. i think if we did not have this system in our bodes we would die from heart attacks and stuff that hurts bad like broken bones

Your BRAIN don't have to think about blinking or breathing weave traced our selfs to do it when we were little thats when we had to think about and how you get nevers like when someone pokes you it all starts in the brain nad your bone and your spinel cord guards It to. there are a lot of parts in your body bu tthey all work together .

  22. The reason we need the nervous is because we have 5 nervous systems named sight, hearing, touch, smell, and taste |sight is used for eyes| |hearing ears| |smell nose| touch feet hands skin| and |taste mouth tongue| all of the body senses are very important.

  23. The nerves in your body first send messages to your brain using your 5 senses (ears, nose, touch, eyes, and ears)your brain then analyzes the feeling and tells the nerves how to react. Like if you touch something hot, your nerves will tell the brain that your hand is hot, then the brain will tell nerves to stop the hand from being hot by taking your hand off the hot object. this is all happening in a millisecond.

  24. Your cerebellum helps you balance while you are standing. Also if you didnt have your nervous system you would not be able to taste, smell, see, hear, think, move, dream, breath, have your heart beat, run, feel pain, feel pleasure, laugh, sleep, sing, remember anything. you wouldnt be able to do any of those things without your nervous system. the nervous system is made of the brain. the nervous system tells your brain what you need to do and when you need to do it. your cerebrum controls your muscles.

  25. The left side of your brain is the smart side like it holds math, logic, and speech and the other/right side is the side with music, colors, and shapes.

The nervous system is the boss of your body. When you scrape your knee the nerves in your knee will send a message from your knee to your brain that says OOOOOOOWWWWWW. the simple parts are your spinal column, your cerebral brain and all your other small nerves throught your body.
